Our Story
Aster & Stone was founded in 2025 with a simple ambition: to build a property company centred around quality homes, thoughtful management and long-term relationships.
As property investors ourselves, we understand that successful property ownership goes far beyond bricks and mortar. It requires careful management, attention to detail and an understanding of the people who ultimately call those properties home.
Today, our growing portfolio spans London, Hull and Aberdeen and includes residential property alongside professional and student HMOs.
Alongside our own investments, we work with landlords to operate and manage their properties, bringing the same approach and level of care to every home we look after.

Meet Lauren & Edward
Aster & Stone was founded by Lauren & Edward, bringing together a shared passion for property and a long-term ambition to build a quality residential portfolio.
Edward leads the day-to-day investment and operations of the business, from acquisitions and landlord partnerships through to the ongoing management of the portfolio.
Lauren brings a strong eye for interiors, design and presentation, helping shape the look and feel of our homes and ensuring the spaces we create are both practical and welcoming.
Together, we're focused on building Aster & Stone with care and purpose — creating quality places to live, investing for the long term and building lasting relationships with the people we work with.
